Hi, I'm Sara!

College can be some of the most exciting and also challenging times of our lives.

I love working with young adults who need a space to land when things get tough, or who need support in navigating living on their own, stressful school schedules, or challenging relationships.

I provide a safe space to support your journey -- whatever it may be -- and enjoy working collaboratively to support your growth.
